          FAQ

          Question 1:After I sign for the ebike, what should I do first?

          After receiving the ebike, please record its serial number (usually located on the head tube frame). You will need your serial number to honor the warranty. You can also use this serial number to file with the vehicle management center if the bike is stolen.

          Question 2:Can this bike use in winter? Or which temperature can it work?

          Our folding Snow e-bike can be used in winter or snow weather. Working temperature range: -20°C-40°C(-4°F-104°F). Reminder: Do not ride more than 7 miles in a single trip at high temperatures.

          Question 3:Is the display waterproof ?

          Yes. But we suggest not to use it for a long time in rainy days. If you need to use it in rainy days, we recommend that you pack a waterproof bag for the display and cables.

          Question 4:How to look after the battery?

          Generally speaking, in order to avoid battery undervoltage, we recommend charging it at least once a month.

          It would be great if you can top the battery up after each ride.

          Please keep your battery charging port away from any metal objects.

          Question 5:How to calcuate the the capacity of an e-bike battery?

          E-bike battery capacity is measured in watt hours or watts. To calculate the capacity, multiply the voltage (V) used on the bike by the Ampere-Hour (Ah) rating. For the X5, for example, multiply 48V by 10.4Ah = 449.2 Wh.
